We are in unprecedented times, as such, the wellbeing of our employees and customers is paramount. While we continue to be fully operational during the Covid-19 crisis, we have implemented some changes to limit any risks involved to our customers and employees.

As we are busier than usual, we may be unable to promptly respond to your calls. We recommend that you email us at support@steadliving.com.au should you have any queries regarding an order you wish to make or orders you have made so far. We always endeavour to respond to queries within 24 hours.

In addition to this, please also note that our carrier operators are at capacity due to the spike in online shipping around Australia. Consequently, some of your orders may not arrive within the time frames as outlined in our shipping policy. In such a case, please allow an additional 2 days before contacting us.
